Artur Victoria represents in Portugal the FEDERASUR – Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of South America, a position he held since 2010. Its mission focuses on contacts with entrepreneurs, trading institutions and the institutional authorities. The Federasur has a business component, without neglecting the culture of South America, performing quality events. The goals of this Representative is establishing partnerships in Portugal and Europe and the public explanation of the phenomenon politico-economic integration in South America. Read more
Artur Victoria was appointed as delegate and founded an official Delegation in northern Portugal of the Association of former students of the National Defense courses – AACDN .Its relations with Brazil led to his connection to the ESG which led to his appointment in 2004 as “European Representative of ADESG – Association of Graduates of the Superior War College ” position he held. Artur Victoria founder of the CLIP – Colegio Luso Internacional do Porto – CLIP Oporto International School planed this school to cover the age from five to 16 years old pupils. He designed the curricula in order to provide an international education, with the international recognition of diplomas which grants educational “mobility” for the pupils, acquiring cultural and linguistic acknowledgements . Artur Victoria as former adviser of the Associação Empresarial do Norte in the EXPONOR project, gave legal advises about the expropriations and construction of the international fair buildings. As former lawyer of the Association of Landlords of northern Portugal, become a specialist in Real state laws. It is author of legal works and have written five books on lease. Is a guest speaker at Universities. As coordinator of the Bar Association trainees courses he has an European diploma for teaching. Artur Victoria is the President of the Institute for Legal Science and Culture Portugal -. Brazil – ICCJLB. International educational and cultural events have been done since 1992. In the highlights the celebration in Brazil and in Portugal of the 150th anniversary of Eca de Queiroz a great Portuguese writer. Projects about “Citizenship”, and publishing books on the topic “Being Portuguese” . In 1996 Transparency International has been established in Portugal, being its representative Artur Victoriainvited by Jeremy Pope and Peter Eigen. Under the initiative, there were numerous events connected with anti corruption programs and international conferences and seminars. By invitation of TIRI President Fredrik Galtung, Artur Victoria was the coordinator of a network of integrity and good governance in Portuguese speaking countries (Africa, Asia and Brazil) in project Pien – Public Integrity Network.
